I met Gene and Julie, Mentors at the 2015 Ron LeGrand Summit, which changed my life; you talk about a value event.
Gene and Julie called my prospect lead sheets and were setting up appointments for me. I liked them instantly.
When I arrived home, I had so much confidence from the Summit, I found it easier to go on the appointments and close the deal.
I ended up contacting a seller that was getting a divorce, and I purchased the property on a lease purchase for 320,000 for a 2 year term, 0 down, 2,600 per month.
I went to the market the way Gene and Julie told me to do. They were with me every step of the way. I found several people interested, so I went with the best option deposit of 15,000. Purchase price 338,000. We qualified them and closed within 3 weeks of me acquiring this property.
I could not be here today changing my life for the better without the sacrifices and caring attributes I found in Ron LeGrand, Gene and Julie (my mentors), Dan Pitts, Joy Joyner, and the staff members of Ron LeGrand’s office.
