Hello from the Schlag Bros.
Wanted to write again and say thank you all so much. We just closed on selling a deal we netted $80,000.
This was a free and clear house that we took in on trade as a down payment on a house we had bought “subject to”
Since we allowed it as trade in we had $0 in the purchase. We spent $5,000 on repairs. Sold it right away on a lease purchase for $84,900 with $6,000 down at $750/mo. rent.
After 14 months, our buyer just got their new bank loan and are excited to own their own home. We are also excited to have gotten another check….and our biggest profit yet.
I thank the Lord and Ron Legrand for all the great training. It’s totally paying off.
