These are two of my students that made $250,000 in 3 months of mentoring… (They think they are going over that amount- LOL) They just got another deal! Chad quit his job, as well as did his wife, and they’re now working full time in real estate. (They even have their 18 year old daughter working with them.)
They are trying to come to Tampa Quick Start, and they’re both perfect examples of buying with no money and making it big!! ! They attended Chicago Quick Start.
Latest Deal – Long Meadow Home – purchase price – $205,000, sold $220,000 ……….. Best part……$1,500 a month cash flow for 2 years!!!!!
Here is the funny part…… the buyers only spoke Spanish, so he took them to City Hall and had the deal translated (and notarized). The Spanish couple brought their entire family: cousins, mother, etc. – Chad had no idea what the translator was saying, but the family was so excited they started cheering, screaming and partying …LOL
These guys are off the chart, and I am one proud Mentor!!
