   Best answer to a question (this is what I do too):

   Get the potential deal under contract, let the market tell you if you’ve got a deal or not, if not then go back and renegotiate with the FSBO.
   Ron says Scott re-negotiates with FSBOs 1/3rd of the time.

   I’ve been away from these weekly tidbits for too long; it’s good to be back.

   Sounds like I need to book a couple of weeks in JAX this December – refresh QRES, have little vacation on the beach and then hit the seller financing bootcamp.

   I think the tropical weather is the better option! Make sure your bring an umbrella though!

   And if anyone cares, the Jaguars are playing the Bills on December 15th in Jacksonville.

   If any of you guys want to go to the game, let me know. I’m looking at my schedule and should be able to make the event, (I’ll know in next few days) but if I go, I’ll go to the game for sure.

   I can’t imagine tickets are expensive either, as badly as Jacksonville plays…..
