    Many, many years ago, I saw 70,000 people sing Happy Birthday to Coach Paul Bryant, at Bryant-Denny Stadium, for his 60th Birthday. Sept 11, 1973 to be exact. I was so young then, but he was always my boyhood idol, and still really is to this day.

    Anyways, Ron reminds me so much, of the way Coach Bryant was, and if there’s anyway I can be part of a group singing again, it would great to do it for him!!

    Loved your advice on how to handle the lease option property. I imagine there may be a place for not making payments and cutting your losses, but that option seemed out of place in this instance considering she was still current on her payments. Thanks for your voice of reason!
