    Dodd Frank doesn’t really slow us down, but it does complicate things a bit. Of course the bad guys brought this “necessity” about. Too many unqualified buyers were put in a no win position and were foreclosed on because they didn’t have a reasonable chance to qualify at the bank before the balloon came due.
