Hey Dean
As of Jan. 10th, 2014, the Dodd-Frank Act
literally made most methods of Real Estate
investing illegal.
We have the answer to this problem.

If you still want to make serious profits legally
in Real Estate, you need to see this!

Dean,
The program that the Ianotti’s teach differs from what Ron teaches, and so they might have a different opinion on how Dodd-Frank affects their program.
If you want to clear up any questions, Ron recorded a Dodd-Frank webinar which discusses the laws and how they’ll affect you.
Here’s a link to the recording in your Gold Club store:

Awesome. Thank you Ron for answering my question, appreciate it.
Ron, can you still stay in the middle of a deal if the plan is to assign my contract to new buyer. Let’s say there’s still a spread between my purchase price and selling price as well as a monthly spread. Can I assign my contract for the downpayment and carry back a note for the spread without doing a simultaneous close?
