  1. Jim Burnsed says:

Thanks Ron, I lost that 2nd deal because the daughter wouldn’t let me get to her mom(said she really wanted it, then just cut me off, — yep I was too slow!), oh and the loan request wasn’t for personal, but as a hard moneybloan, for when I secure my first deal, so I can be certain of carrying out my agreement to cover payments until I get a lease buyer in place, and so as to open my IRA and LLC so I can do this business correctly and use Trust agreements with my LLC as Trustee! Remember me Ron, I purchased your Full Courses of ‘wholesaling’, ‘FSBO’, and ‘Lease Option Cash Flow, plus I received several updates to those courses, but this was 2005 – 2006, and I took off running, then had a most unfortunate tragedy and the misses went to heaven and I about lost my mind!! Please dont mention this, as my new fiancee (ooh, goes nuts if I speak of my past), and she is supporting me in this business with loving me and standing by me( we were childhood sweethearts and hot separated for 37yrs, but now we are starting to try to make a go of LIFE and this RE business! She believes in me, but sickness took a lot away from me, both physical and mental, and govt didn’t qualify me for SSD, until I missed deadline to reapply and so I’m taking SSI (YEAH, that’s o lot) so I didn’t even qualify for your credit card with the high interest as I have the only income in my home, yet it is paid for, and No I can’t borrow against it – a single wide- with a complete add-on making a 6b/2ba trailer on my parents land!! Self employed for most my life, I raised 4 children and now have 12 grands, but my income sucks !! So I’m re-lesrning what I had forgotten and trying to get this business off the ground, as my health doesnt allow my painting and remodeling business, nor will my SSI and the medicaid insurance continue, when once I’m found to be making an income (no longer disabled) so I’ve got to move very FAST, and Make a Big Payday, my First time out — then its GOODBYE TO SSI. AND HELLO TO LIFE AND THE LIVING AGAIN!! And we look forward to being able to attend All your Training Camps as SUCCESSFULL STUDENTS !! AND STAYING VERY CLOSE IN RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU RON, AND YOUR ENTIRE TEAM !! (PLEASE EDIT PUT THAT PART ABOUT MY LOSS, AND THIS SYATEMENT, WHEN ONCE YOU HAVE READ THIS, THANKS RON,)!! YOUR FRIEND, JIM
