Thanks, Ron, I should have been more specific, I am a Realtor in MA. I just wanted to know if you know of any agents that use these methods, Subject too, Owner financing to buy property, I just worry that a seller could come back and say as a licensed agent I took advantage of them and sue me afterward, I did get the license for Investing purposes and I hope it doesn’t go against me if it hindered my ways of investing I would let my license expire.
