How does a Gold Club member submit questions anyhow?

Here are the steps to submit an Ask Ron question: Log into the Gold Club, click the Forum button in the middle of the screen, and then click the Ask Ron button. Once you’ve done that, click the ‘New Discussion’ button and be sure to select the Ask Ron category before you submit!
The use of a lease/option is a great way to avoid high closing costs. You lose some of the depreciation benefits but you do get the house with the least out of pocket! Thanks Ron and Jay for sharing your wisdom!
