   Use an LLC to do business, take title in an LLC or Trust. Thanks for the information.

   It seems that this land trust issue is confusing for a lot of people. I’ve talked with any attorney about it and he wasn’t familiar with what I was talking about… I don’t use him because of that.

   Do I make the IRA my beneficiary or name my LLC?

   Self directed IRA are easier to manage when they purchase an LLC.
