Hey Adel, I sure can’t see you, but hear you only. Hope you get your camera working. Yeah, I understand Dave’s question. I have had that happen too, and even if I tell them I am an agent, just an investor, they still only want to talk to talk to someone with all cash. That is a crock, and not fair to me.
