Mentoring Testimonial – Robert Putman

Thank you, Ron, Lynette, and Brian.

At the begging of this New Year I decided it was time to do something different, after all, insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. I had been interested in Ron’s programs for quite some time and decided to pull the trigger and go all in. I purchased Ron’s training programs and the Pretty Houses System really appealed to me the most. Once I ponder on something for a bit and decide to pursue it’s a 100% or not at all.

My VA’s generated a handful of Property Information Sheets just in time for the Fast Track to Wealth training that I attended in New Orleans. During the event, Lynette called my leads and by working her “MAGIC” at the end of the day she presented me with THREE DEALS!!!

Ron promptly reviewed them and structured the deal in front of a captive audience. Truthfully, my hair was standing up at that time from the excitement and I was a little nervous too. Okay I lied, I was very nervous.

Once off the hot seat, Brian pulled me aside and step by step explained how to structure each of the three different deals on the Purchase and Sales Agreement forms. Literally filling out each one with me. Two of the three deals fell through, as they sometimes do, but the bright side is that the most rewarding one didn’t.

At the Appointment Meeting, Lynette was there with my phone with the seller the entire time as my “Partner” and ensured the process was flawless. You see, the seller was changing the deal constantly and asking questions that I surely wasn’t prepared to answer with any certainty.

I am so grateful that I was fortunate enough to secure Lynette as my Mentor with Brian helping along the way to boot. What a bonus? Ron says, “With the proper training and guidance, “a 3-year-old can do this.” I will testify that is the truth and I have no doubt that this will be life-changing. It has been a long time that I have not been this excited and really looked forward to getting out of bed in the morning.

Today, I was able to file “Notice of Option” on my first deal at the courthouse and can’t wait to do many more of them. Although my fist hasn’t sold at this early stage, it has the potential to put $30K in my pocket upfront and several hundreds of dollars monthly in residuals for years to come.

My website is up and running, my VAs is posting Ads and generating PIs. It’s all running like a well-oiled machine.

Ron says, “Work less and make more.” Probably true, but I just can’t get enough of this. Must be addictive I suppose. Oh well, I must be a junkie then.

These are exciting times we are living in! I can’t thank everyone enough and can’t wait to attend the Quick Start in New Orleans on Feb. 5-8.
