I have a house under contract with a purchase and sale agreement. I am taking over the debt subject-to $93,000 ($820 PITI) what is owed. The seller is not completely out of the house yet, but should be by the end of April.
I recently spoke with Southland Title Co. about doing a title search and closing on the deal. My exit strategy for this house is to put it on the market as a work for equity. It needs about $15,000 worth of work. The ARV is $129,000.
What I love about the mentor program is that when I get off track and lose focus, I have GREAT mentors to help me regain focus and get back on track. Thank you Lynette and Brian!
