I just wanted to thank you so much for taking the time to sit with me at the conference and role play the ACTS deal. Actually hearing what you say to prospects was priceless and incredibly helpful. I particularly love the fact you are completely transparent and put everything out on the table so the seller knows exactly what to expect. That is how I need to be as well. I want to be clear from the beginning with them. This promotes trust between you and your seller.
I specifically wanted to let you know that I used your words, (from the notes I took during our meeting at the conference). I set an appointment and went out and wrote the contract on an ACTS deal! You gave me the confidence to do that!
It’s absolutely necessary to know the overall process, but it is critical to know specifically what to say.
You are a jewel to Ron’s organization. I know you’ve said many times how grateful you are to be able to work with Ron, but he is lucky to have you as well!
