Thanks to your motivational mentoring program, we keep pushing forward into this new world of wholesaling and pretty houses, coming from the rehab, work really hard world.
We did a Letter of Intent on this property with a lady too old to finish working on it (priced too high). We went ahead and marketed it with a small spread, if any. We ended up assigning our contract and walked away with $1500 profit, the only work we did was a text blast, an email blast, put a lock box on te house, and processed the paperwork to title company.
