I want to thank you for your team’s efforts to support me/us and your obvious efforts to keep them in synch to minimize any impacts to the client.  I’m not sure I can be brief, but I will try.

From communications when getting to know each other and making sure what the VA’s are about to do is consistent with what I want, to letting me know about issues such as email servers, finding alternatives and letting me know when things were restored, I never felt out of the loop.  Even if someone became ill, someone else jumped in and there was no loss of leads to me.  Jenn and Laura excelled in making sure I was aware of what was going on, and Jenn even made sure I received her emails and followed up with me if I did not open them, just making sure I was not missing them for any reason.  I appreciate both of their extra attention to detail.

I love the continuous improvement efforts as well.  The data received was organized and simple to keep up to date, but it even got better with time and again, did not disrupt the data flow to my business.

Your team’s training, consistency, communications, and desire for improvement are all excellent and without you being there, the continuity between VA’s, data flow and training would cause serious interruption in data to my business, which means impact to my bottom line-none of which ever happened!!  So again, I thank you, and your team.
