We had no doubts that you would be a great mentor. We were very nervous in the beginning, thinking this would be the same average mentoring program many other companies offer. Yet from the very first call we noticed this would not be the same type of program. Alton, you go far and beyond the call of duty, always finding the positive in almost every situation. There were days we wanted to give up, then we get on our call with you and you bring our enthusiasm right back.
