I had to share this… I home-schooled Chrissy, my daughter, and she had to do Ron’s courses as school work. She had to listen to the CDs and go through the books, plus answer all the questions.
A week ago she decided to put her education to work, and in seven days following the course this is what happened!
Chrissy and Justin (her husband) went out and put a house under contract for $35,000.
It’s a duplex in a great neighborhood.
ARV is $170,000
Wholesaling for $70,000 – profit $35,000
