Thank you so much for all the guidance and understanding you have shown during these last few months as your student. We have learned so much from you. It has been wonderful to be able to talk to you about any questions that have come up while making offers, and constructing deals. It’s been a slow start but it’s all following into place now. We got the lead through the Gold Club Lead Service. If we would have had you last year when we first became students of Ron LeGrand’s, who knows where we would be today.
Here is an update on what’s been going on with us.
We signed a Lease with Option for two years to buy 4722 Royal Ave for $122,900. The mortgage balance was approximately $90,000.
Monthly payment $1000.00 with $100.00 going toward principal.
I will lease with option for two years at $149,900 with monthly payment $1200.00+
Back end Cash $27,000.00+
