My name is Andrew! I’m so happy to be in the mentor program with Ron LeGrand. Always having those weekly calls helps push me to do what I need to! Having unlimited emails through the week to answer any questions I have and proof read my contracts is such a blessing as well!
I was blessed to have a gentleman call me with a house he wanted to get rid of. He saw my ugly, hand-written sign that said “I Buy Houses CA$H” He wanted $15,000. I asked him, “If I pay cash and close quickly, what’s the least you could take?” He replied $13,000! I tried to sound disappointed and asked him “Is that the best you can do?” He said $12,000, so I bought it. I just wholesaled it Thursday for $16,500!

I am going to try something for the first time. I have a list of 600 ugly houses. I am a collection agent who can locate a sellers exact address. I’m going to try the yellow letter and target these home owners, plus calling them. I’m starting today. Let you know how it turns out. I just want 20K return to see if this works
