I thank you for all of your support, words of encouragement and your willingness to mentor me. Over the past 1½ months, I have learned so much from you. You have been so responsive to my questions and have provided me with so much valuable information. Your leadership and guidance have provided the necessary motivation to keep me pushing forward with “full steam ahead.”
I attended Ron’s seminar on July 26, 2014 in Raleigh, NC. His step-by-step plan, and most of all, his sincerity in helping his students to become successful in the real estate business, provided me with a feeling about real estate “gurus” I had never felt before. He was real. He was sincere. Somehow I knew that Ron’s real estate program was the one I’ve been looking for. I called my wife and told her about Ron and his program. After saying to her that I thought this was the right program, I signed up for the Quick Start Real Estate School. I was ALL in for the next step.
I then attended Ron’s Quick Start Real Estate School in Baltimore on August 20, 2014. It was very, very powerful and filled with much useful information. And again, I saw his sincerity. He’s real. He deserves to be called “Daddy Ron.” After hearing about the mentoring program, I was ALL in again…I signed up.
I met both of you at the Internet Marketing Boot Camp in Jacksonville, FL on September 18, 2014. When we met for this first time, I knew I had the right mentors. Even though this was the first time we had met, there was a feeling of closeness like we already knew each other. I saw and see that same sincerity that I saw in Ron.
Thank you so much for being you. You are great mentors. I know that our relationship will be long-lasting, successful and profitable.

How many other deals have you done since this one? It would be interesting to find out what other deals you have so we can all learn from you experience and perhaps use that knowledge to help ourselves make us successful. Thank you and take care.
