We thank you again for your ongoing support, education and motivation to take action and “get things done.” We closed on yet another owner finance deal on 1/28/15 and wanted to share with you the results.
We purchased the property for $91,000 cash. We then sold the property as-is with owner financing for a price of $116,000. We received a $25,000 down payment and financed $91,000 at 9% for 20 years. We closed with our real estate attorney who charges us $350 to close. So, the monthly principle and interest is $818.75 with having $75,775 total into the property. The new owners are first time homebuyers and are very excited to have their first home.
