Just wanted to let you know that I deposited my first check at the bank today!
After attending Chicago’s Quick Start School in October, I quickly put an Ugly House under contract for $46,500.
After a couple weeks of marketing the property, I was able to sell it to another investor for $60,000 all cash! ($1,000 earnest money and $11,701.34 at closing). Special thanks to my mentor, Todd Foster, for helping me consider multiple exit strategies and coaching me through the selling process.
