Hi Ron!!
This is a picture of me holding a check for $16,660.25. I nailed this wholesale deal down while I was in the field, sleeping on a cot, with caveman internet service, and almost zero cell coverage. If that isn’t determination…I don’t know what is.
More good news: I’ve got another closing next week that should net about $6.5K and 3 more deals on the way this month. I am really on a roll now and it feels incredible!! My wife has really been supportive as well. So much, that she was behind me 100% when I decided to QUIT MY JOB and do this full time. She has jumped on this success train with me and not looked back. Next stop…Financial Freedom. Sorry, my jokes are corny. But seriously, she has taken on major rolls in our new company and is super motivated now. We make a great team, and she helps keep us organized and focused.
Thanks for sticking with me while I was away for weeks and months at a time on duty. I knew once things slowed down just long enough for me to catch my breath, that I was going to become an overnight real estate NINJA. Just kidding. I have much to learn. So I’ll just continue work extra hard and sponge up all of the wonderful knowledge and wisdom you guys and Ron are kind enough to bestow on this humble entrepreneur.
By the way; the mental shift that happens when you get your first big check is something that cannot be truly understood until it happens to you. It unlocks your potential and paves the way for future successes. The Law of Attraction is strong at work in my life, and all the glory for my achievements go to God. He has guided my hand, given me wisdom, kept my heart in the right place, and allowed me to cross paths with you. I am forever grateful.
