Well, Barbara, as this mentoring session draws to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a good session. It just flew by!!
I would say this, I enjoyed the mentoring. Although we kept it to a minimum, it was good of you to lend a kind ear to some of my weird personal difficulties!!
My measurable income is increasing at least 16,000 dollars, annualized. This has been calculated by the monthly rental incomes for the previous 6 months compared to the monthly rental incomes during the mentoring 6 months. And my Pretty House confidence level has definitely grown by at least 25%. I have put 3 properties into trusts, and will be doing more in this protective manner.
My team has been working on rehabbing a very large property which I purchased during this mentoring program well below Ron’s formula for cash purchases. It is already worth over 4 times what was paid for it, and within a month it should be able to add to my monthly bottom line in the amount of 1200 or more.
The fact of the business is, I am looking forward to a number of deals which are on the horizon, so YIPPEEE!!!
