I recently attended Ron Legrand’s Quick Start RE School at the end of January 2019 in Atlanta, GA for the first time. I was ready commit myself to this business and go all in so I signed up for several real estate courses including the Masters program and the mentor program. I would like to thank everyone for the information provided and the support to help me. I look forward to attending more great training events and doing many more deals this year and beyond.
Attached is a copy of the assignment fee that I just received and a photo of the house from a recent wholesale deal that I put together from a bird dog lead in my area. The house needed a complete rehab from top to bottom and inside and out as well as code enforcement liens all totaling over $120k and I didn’t want to deal with that so I just assigned my contract to a local rehabber for a huge assignment fee of $35k still leaving plenty of room for him to make a much bigger profit. The homeowner also received $25k out of the deal so it was a win/win for everyone.
