I just wanted to take a moment and let you both know how much I appreciate all ya’ll do. I have really learned a lot attending Ron’s camps. And especially enjoyed the opportunity to work with ya’ll as my mentors. Weekly giving me info and being available for me to call while making a deal. Lynette, you are always so upbeat and motivational, it’s hard to get down with you around. The weekly calls have been a big help, to keep me on track. It has been a long process, but the things ya’ll have taught, have finally started paying off. Just completed my 1st sale. Ron was right this will work anywhere.
Here where I live the county population is about 1200. And the town where I made the deal is about 200. I bought a FSBO, 3bed/2 bath 1800 sf, for 40,000, Zero down and 15 years, with 2% interest. Just sold it, 69,000 15 yr amortization with 3 yr balloon and 5% interest. 5000 down. Profit over 30k. This really does work! Zero down and no credit required! Thanks again for all ya’ll do. Now I just need to get the next one.
