This week’s Millionaire in the Making is a little different than most. We met Valerie Martin at the Summit where she took advantage of our deal room to negotiate what she calls her “retirement home.” This gorgeous little home was what she picked out to live in with her family on a beautiful 40-acre spread of land. Valerie had been trying for seven years to work the deal in her favor, but was unsuccessful. Thanks to the mentors making calls in our deal room, we were able to structure the deal so that she can have the perfect house for her family.
Now, I love to hear all the success stories of our students, but this one really touches my heart. It’s times like this where you’re not just a transaction engineer or real estate investor, but you’re dream-maker.
