Dear Ron,
I’m sharing my testimonial after having been working with Ron LeGrand and my mentors only since going to the Quick Start Real Estate School recently in Chicago.
A little background is that I’ve been studying and struggling through other Real Estate Investing courses and programs for over 9 months prior to stumbling onto a YouTube video of Ron Legrand.
I had spent thousands of dollars and countless hours in front of the computer screen without taking action. After committing to take Ron’s four day event I did start making calls to sellers but didn’t have much confidence or success.
I remember going back to my hotel room after the first day and excitedly making calls to my market in Hawaii that actually worked out well for me! My confidence had grown in just one day.
Because I saw my mentors in action, making calls, negotiating with sellers, and teaching I decided to go for the Mentoring program. Thanks to their guidance and mentoring support and all the great information from Ron’s many courses and videos I put condo under contract last Friday in Kihei, Hawaii. My first deal with $10 out of pocket. I will close with my new Real Estate Attorney next week and begin marketing for a lease option buyer. It has tenants so I can’t begin a small rehab till they vacate. I’m looking forward to a positive cashflow of $400-500 per month.
