We signed up for Ron’s Gold Club, the Quick Start School and mentoring about a month ago.
Within a week of learning the system (just the little bit we know at this point) we got a house under contract using the Control Without Ownership workbook set and coaching from Todd, our mentor with whom we speak to every week on the phone and during the week lots of times via email. He actually cares about our success, and that is soooooo refreshing! No B.S. with him. He is available (almost immediately) to respond to ALL of our emails, review contracts, offer suggestions, give us coaching and direction when we most need it.
There’s so much good information coming at us so fast, he is invaluable to our understanding exactly which actions to take that will lead us to our goals.
Ron’s systems are turnkey, and he has covered EVERYTHING in them. Someone could learn and do this program JUST by using his books and tapes, but in our experience, having a mentor to point out which book or tape to look at or listen to, which contract to use, where it is located and just the thousands of small details and insights that he provides us daily makes all the difference in our confidence and ability to take and stay in action. It is very clear to us that Todd is on the court doing deals every day and succeeding in his business, and through the mentorship program we have access to his experience and expertise.
Using all these tools available to us, we were able to get our first property under contract for $180K (or actually the loan balance of $140K at time of purchase plus $40K cash to seller) and $1,200 per month lease payment starting 60 days from signing of contract.
We fully expect to sell the house to a tenant buyer for $239K before any payments to seller are due.
We expect to be getting at least $1,500 per month rent, making $300 or more per month on the spread.
I think we will get at least $15K down payment and will cash the seller (and ourselves) out
within one year for a total of around $65K on the deal!
Hard to believe it is happening so fast, but we are having fun, meeting great people
and making lots of cash while helping both the seller and the buyer get what they want (and us too)!
Absolutely amazing systems designed by Ron. We are following his systems to the best of our ability, learning new things every day, having fun and seeing results.
