I have been working with Alton as my mentor for a little more than a couple of months. With his help, I just got my first property under contract and am in the process of finding a tenant-buyer. I have been mentoring him for the past 10 weeks, and he has secured his first deal. He is in the Utah area and is doing very well despite a very busy work schedule at his 9-to-5. David has followed Ron’s Quick Start School training followed by tough mentoring by me. David has done all the hard work to get the leads and just needed some of my pushing to get him through the process.
David made $7,000.00 on a lease-option and sold to a lease-option buyer. With a cash flow of $75.00 per month and another $10,000 upon cashing out on the back-end.
David is a clear example of what some new students can achieve with mentoring and a super, great attitude.
