I wanted to write in to tell you about 2 deals this week.
I got an assistant 100% on the selling side. She’s been with us for about six weeks now. She got a $7,000 check (non-refundable option deposit) on a house that I’m selling for $79,000 on a rent-to-own.
She called me back later to tell me she has collected a $10,000 check with $10,000 more due in July (another non-refundable option deposit) for a house I’m selling rent-to-own for $169,900. That house I bought subject-to for $130,000 in the debt plus giving the seller $5,000 moving money with closing costs. The total was $136,000, and both have great cash flow.
I also have an assistant 100% in the buying side now as well, and he has bought one this week and looks like will buy several next week. This automation thing is awesome!
I’m so thankful for the Lord giving me the opportunity to be in this business.
