It was our fortunate pleasure to have the Dream Team of two Mentors work with us. They went above and beyond to help my wife, Gloria, and I with their patience, advice, counsel, guidance, directions and suggestions to motivate us just right to bring out our potential to be successful within your systems. They were the guiding force that resulted in our first successful lease-purchase deal.

I am seeking a Mentor. I have been doing this program since October 2015. I have tried over and over again to getting a seller to say yes in a market where houses are sold with 2-5 days $50,000 to $100,000 above appraisal.
I have been tempted in getting me a mentor, traveling to a different market, create a day to day documentary while staying in a hotel until i get my first seller to say yes.
I am bound and determined to make this even when my wife does not want me to do this business any longer.
