I was able to purchase an REO property that was listed on the HUD website with the help of your Mentor.
This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath ranch-style house, about 950 sq ft., in a nice neighborhood with a golf course across the street.
Purchase Price: $24,000
After Repair Vale: $135,000
Repairs: $45-50,000
I secured private money of $85,000 at 13%, 5 points for 6 months to purchase and rehab the property.
