This week we have a special video edition of Millionaire in the Making featuring the Dumires and one of their students working on a deal at Quick Start Real Estate School in Raleigh.
Gordy Reese is working on a lease-option contract while at the event so she can take it home and close on the deal. Her mentors called and worked down the asking price of the seller from $240,000 to $200,000 while at the event, so all she has left to do is go home, get paperwork signed, find a buyer and cash out!
