Ron LeGrande has truly opened my eyes to the possibilities of real estate! I paid a lot of money for other “Gurus” and never made the first deal! I was in the mindset that I had to buy ugly houses with money I didn’t have, rehab them with money I didn’t have and try to sell them to people with no money to buy all while working 40+ hours a week with three children to take care of! After losing my job in March and coming home and crying for two days, I decided to pursue real estate full time.
I attended a one-day seminar with Ron two weeks later, after which I purchased his Pretty House Terms system. I purchased the system on April 1st, received it on April 7th and had a contract signed on May 2nd. I had a tenant-buyer installed in less than a week on a “less than pretty” house. I pocketed $500 on an ugly house without picking up a single paint brush and will net at minimum of $28K upon closing.
Thank you Ron for showing me the way! My net worth is already at $100K in less than two months and my goal is to make a million this year in cash and equity!
