Here’s how it works, include as much information as possible from the bullet list below:
- Include as many success stories as you would like.
- Give us the details of the deal(s) to include type of deal: lease option, seller finance, subject-to, etc.
- Give us all the numbers: asking price, repairs costs, MAO, etc.
- Include any photos of the house.
- Include photo of yourself or your family.
- Include copies of any checks.
- Include signed copy of the HUD-1 if sold.
- Include signed lease option agreement if L/O.
