Student Success Story – Jennifer & Charles Ebanks

We’ve been loyal students of Ron LeGrand’s training for over a decade, and we can’t express enough how much his systems have impacted our real estate journey. Ron’s creative strategies, mindset shifts, and real-world deal-making principles have been the foundation of our success.

One of our recent deals—1121 Needlewood Loop, Oviedo, FL 32765, closed on April 31, 2025—is a perfect example. We used Ron’s methods to structure this wholesale deal and negotiated terms that worked for everyone involved. While we split this particular deal with another wholesaler, we each netted $30,000, a fantastic result that’s become part of our ongoing success story.

This is just one of many deals we’ve closed over the years using Ron’s strategies. His teachings have given us the confidence to go after bigger opportunities, think creatively when working with sellers, and find solutions that benefit all parties.

We’re incredibly grateful for Ron’s mentorship and the community he’s built around his trainings. His guidance has helped us build a business we’re proud of and a future filled with possibility. Thank you, Ron, for everything you do!

Hey Jennifer & Charles, a question has come up and you can help! You talk of many deals. What others have you done involving deaths in the family and how did you handle that? I found two houses that family have died, and could use help. please reply.
