A simple guide to getting started with DREAM Solutions Pro by Pamela Patton

Whether you are upgrading from the Gold Club VA to the Elite level, which includes your DREAMS Pro account, or you are just getting started with us, you should have your VA do a few things for you right away to get the most out of your new platform.

You probably already know that your VA should have your website built, but did you know they will also need to set up your Marketing Profile in DREAMS?  The information in your Marketing Profile is not only used in your website but is also used whenever any autoresponder email is sent out. It takes that data and transfers it into the mail merge fields within emails. This information includes your company name and phone number, and helps to build your brand, and establishes you as an authority in your field.

If you are using PatLive to field calls from buyers, you can have your VA build a landing page with custom fields that you will then give to PatLive to fill in once buyers call. The fields they use will be: Name, Address, City/State/Zip Phone number, Monthly Payment, Down Payment Credit, and Notes. When PatLive fills out this webform, the information from potential buyers will go directly into your contact manager. You can use this data later to pull buyers lists or start autoresponders for that list.

Your VA should also load in the ACTS Deal, Cash Deal, Owner Financing, and Subject-to Deal Checklists from Ron LeGrand’s Gold Club site as templates that you can then use while working with your properties in your property pipeline.  You would be able to easily assign due dates to them and get reminders right away when something needs to be done.  You will need to ensure your Agenda Assistant is enabled and add in the email address you wish to receive alerts to.

Next you should have your VA post craigslist ads for buyers and sellers, as well as build separate landing pages with webforms to capture their information right in your contact manager.

Whenever you have any properties ready to market, your VA should build single property landing pages. Simply send them all the property details such as a catchy title, short description, and full property description. Include photos, and property features. They can use this information on your website, but they can also build out a beautiful landing page to market your property, as well as create property fliers for print, HTML fliers for emails, and even send it out to third party sites. DREAMS won’t automatically market to Zillow or Truila because those sites do not accept third party bookings, but your VA can use this information to easily do that for you if you ask them to.

Lastly if you choose to solicit Property Finders, DREAMS has pre-built campaigns that make looking for and working with them very easy. Your VA would need to know how you wish to pay them, and how often, and then can begin creating that campaign for you. Your VA should create a separate craigslist ad that would drive property finders to your beautiful landing page designed to educate them on how and why they should look for properties for you.

DREAMS can do so much, and for some people it can be overwhelming if you don’t know where to start. However, if you can include some of these items on your punch list, you will be off to a great start with your DREAMS Pro level account.
