This is awesome to know we can use the Post Office to assist with Marketing. The Yellow Lady is also another great source.

I just learned something because I gave my take on this in the forum section…..

Thanks Ron, for answering my question on land trust and when to use them. If only there was a spread sheet of when to use which contract for which kind of buy, would be extremely helpful to me. Currently, for houses, there are only two that I’m aware of.
