As a first-time real estate investor but a long-time business owner, I recognize the need to have the guidance of someone to help navigate the unknown waters of a new business. That is why from day one the value of a mentorship has been clear as a need for anyone trying to seriously pursue real estate investing using the Ron LeGrand system.
Barbara has been my mentor now for 4 weeks and I could not imagine what I would have done without her. The Ron LeGrand system has so many facets that it is hard for me to know which to do first and easy to feel like Doug from Up where everything is a “squirrel” or like a kid in a candy store where I want to start everything at once.
Having a mentor is key to staying focused on keeping the first things first rather than allowing every new shiny object in the program to tempt me to start something new and not finish. That is what Barbara helps me to do…keep it simple and finish what I start. Thanks for keeping me on track.

I don’t have a mentor due to the cost, but will have to hire one sooner or later. Keep up the pace and don’t give up at all. You will succeed and make a lot of money.
