My first flip on my own was $60,514.13 at closing. It ended up netting right at $50,000! Not bad for 4 weeks of “working” the flip and then waiting the 4 weeks for closing. I have been a realtor for 20 years and have completed a few flips in the past with my husband.
However, this program gave me additional tools, guidelines and confidence to do one on my own. This is the most money we have ever made on a flip, and my husband was shocked I did it ALL on my own.
Finding properties are tough right now; my mentor Kyle recommended joining several different types of FB groups. The first day I joined I saw this house posted and immediately put in an offer. Even if you think you know everything in real estate remember you don’t; you can always learn different tactics or methods that you have never thought of or don’t know even exist.
