I bought 2138 Wayne Dr., Greenville, NC for the price of $62,000.00. I put down $30,000.00 and repairs needed are approximately $50 to $75k. The Zillow zestimate is for $172,000. ARV is $250,000. The house was referred to me by a relative.
I will repair the property and put it up for sale. My husband has a construction company and I was a painter for 42 years and now I’m retired.
The profit should be about $128,000.
