Ask Ron 2015-01-16

In this week’s Q&A video with the Guru, Ron LeGrand, we’re discussing topics such as new investor mistakes, paying off the principal debt and more.

Eddie Talley, a student in Michigan, wrote in asking how they could find the person to whom they should make the offer for a home that’s been empty for over a year, and Ron shares how to accomplish this task.  Watch this week’s Ask Ron to figure out how to do it yourself!

I work second shift so I always miss the GC Q&A with Ron on the second Monday of the month! Thanks so much!
