Hey Ron, thanks for telling about the video on how to talk to the seller so you can get the deal. This helps me to persuade the seller to get me the house so I can put in a tenant buyer.
Ron, Gary Owens has a good idea about you filming a video about protecting yourself in a terms deal. I would watch that, and can learn how to form your words to my own speech. I will search You Tube to find the similar video that you did film.
