How would we use this USDA loan?
Never knew the USDA granted loans until I moved to the Midwest. I flipped a house and we were able to the buyer into a house because they used USDA.

If it weren’t for the Gold Club I would never have even known about this great resource. Makes you wonder what else is out there we don’t know about.
