I just got 13 responses from people willing to call for me from a craigslist ad I placed a few hours ago. The details are in the discussion section if you are interested. Look under FSBO’s and today’s date.

  34. Ron Caruthers says:

I’ll post results in the next few days to that section. You’ll get the good, the bad, and the ugly!

  35. David Williams says:

Great info. I’ve had a VA for 2 years and she’s changed my business. VA’s are the way to do this.

    • Matthew Hell says:

We have a town next to us that is kind of dingy but has a massive factory right in the middle of it. People say it’s a not a town to live in but people need to work at the factory to surive.

So there are lots of FSBO’s there we just are not sure what to do with them. I know there is a population that would like to live there. Just have to figure out who.

  36. Cheryl Brozovic says:

Good to hear that David – did you get her through Elsa? Did You have to train her?

  37. David Williams says:

I’ve trained my own before meeting Ron. There are a lot of additional things they can do to help your business. If you train them and give them good systems to run they are a great investment.

  38. Matthew Hell says:

Now we just let the VA call, but we still send out letter letters and let attraction marketing kick in.

  39. Matthew Hell says:

I believe that there is a lot of turn over in the real estate industry because the new investors call FSBo’s and they get a disgruntled seller on the other end and they never want to call these people again. Thats why its so important to get a VA at first when you very start so you won’t have to put up with that.

  40. Roger Young says:

Fantastic information. Very very useful. Calling sellers is the most important part. If you don’t talk to selers…you don’t buy houses.

  41. Richard Hewitt says:

    Thanks Ron.

  48. Ron Caruthers says:

Just watched the video again….for, like the 10th time.

    Still keep learning things.

  49. Kimberly York says:

I had never learned how to make money on pretty houses with people with little leverage, I only knew of wholesaling and retailing. This is a very exciting with lease options and subject to. It cash flows better than wholesaling and retailing. I see what Ron says now about leaving alot of money on the table if all you are doing is wholesaling.

  50. Bill De Martin says:

    Good review. Thanks Ron!
